Orders are usually dispatched via Royal Mail Signed For Delivery Service or by courier for heavier items and all orders will require a signature on delivery. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation. In the event of no-one being at the address to take receipt of the delivery Royal Mail will leave a card informing the recipitent to arrange for the collection or redelivery of the parcel.
In the event of a parcel being returned to us we will refund the cost of the order. If an error has been made by the customer or an incomplete address given by the purchaser, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the total value of the order.
Although we dispatched goods promptly please note that we cannot guarentee delivery times and that Homes & Dreams cannot be held responsible for late deliveries.
Please note that weekends and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.
What happens if my order comes over two deliveries - am I expected to pay postage twice?
No, you only pay one lot of postage per order, regardless of how many parcels we send out to you.
What’s your return policy?
We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase. However we will exchange or refund any item* returned within 7 days with which you are not happy, as long as both the packaging and the item remain intact.
Please note that the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us so please ask for proof or posting from your Post Office. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
In the event of an item being delivered not as ordered or damaged please contact us within 24 hours to enable us to rectify it as soon as possible. If the return is a result of Homes & Dreams making a mistake we will refund the delivery charge otherwise delivery charge is non refundable.

Why don't you offer free returns?
We thought about this, but most companies that offer this absorb the costs in other areas – for example putting up the price of their products. We don’t want to do that, so decided to keep things as transparent as possible by letting you know from the offset that it’s our policy to charge for returns.
How long does it take to process my returns?
We try to process returns as quickly as possible, but it can take up to 14 days if we’re very busy.
